Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique is committed to our customer satisfaction! We inspect and handle all of our customers hair with care.

Covid-19 Policy Changes: 

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 delivery times may be delayed due to high volume and limited staffing. Also, all sales are final effective 4/3/2020 to help stop the spread of COVID-19. This policy is temporary and will only stay in effect until further notice. 

Return policy

At Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our products go through a strict process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Therefore for the safety of our customers and clients we do have a strict policy regarding REFUNDS for our hair products. Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving date. In order to qualify for a refund consideration; the hair must be purchased at regular price and its original packaging, no cuts to the weft/wig/lace closure/lace frontal/hair is permitted. No usage of the hair including dying, washing, or any form of visible usage will be accepted. There will be a restocking fee of  $75 or 20% of the purchase price whichever number is greater. Eye lashes are NON-REFUNDABLE. Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique reserves all rights to decline any refund, especially with products that may seem to be used, tampered with, or outdated.

 Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since human hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although refunds are permitted under strict guidelines, we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide information regarding your return shipping along with instructions for the return of the product in question. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Exchange Policy. If Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a $10 credit towards another shipping option. If Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.

Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique reserves all rights to decline any exchange that may be seem to be used, tampered with, or outdated.

From time to time, Heiress Luxe Hair Boutique, at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 5 calendar days will not be honored.

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resealable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair “eliminates the possibility of any exchange or replacement.”

Email: HEIRESSLUXE@GMAIL.COM with your order number to receive your return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the using the carrier of their choice.

Our hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a different donor, so we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our virgin human hair comes in a variety of straight, wavy or curly patterns, and the color should range between a 1b and 2. Some hair have been colored and processed upon request and the color quality can not be guarantee based on the coloring being processed by third-party hair specialist. Please know that if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. You may return your hair at your own expense and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand.

Only exchanges within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase will be permitted.

ALL CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE items are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.


Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 1pm est. All standard orders received before 4:00 pm are expected to be processed and shipped within  4-7 business day. Orders placed after 4 pm of Friday and over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped order confirmations will be sent.  

Specialized Orders Processing: 

Pre-Order (approx. 7-14 business days) with in the United States.

Back Order (approx. 7-21 business days) with in the United States.

Customers in the North Raleigh Area are able to have hair delivered to them within 2-3 business day for a delivery fee of $10, additional charges may be charged for mileage out side of 20 miles radius. 

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Social Media Game Gift Cards

A maximum of 1 Discount codes can be used during your purchase transaction. Any thing over that will be declined or order will be cancelled and refunded, customer will be emailed regarding their order cancellation.

Please note: Refunds can take 7-14 business day, depending on banks can also take up to two billing cycles to show on billing statements. Prices, specifications, and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we completing your order.
