How Long Will It Take To Receive Orders?

Orders can take approximately 5-10 business days to be fulfilled and shipped out. You will receive confirmation of purchase, a confirmation of date of shipment, and a confirmation and tracking number for when the package was shipped out to you.

Do You Have A Local Store?

No, At this present time we are strictly an online hair provider. However, will soon be offering a delivery service to those in the Raleigh/Durham area.

How Long Does The Virgin Hair Last?

Our Virgin Human Hair will last between 3-6 months if cared for properly. The quality is not has good as our Premium Hair, our premium hair can be good for up to 3 years.

Do You Sell To Salons?

Yes. We do have a program for our Salon's and if your interested in selling our hair at your salon please fill out the form under the Wholesale page.

How many gift cards can I use that won from the Social Media Games? 

There is a maximum of 2 Gift Cards that can be used during your purchase transaction. Game gift cards may not be used during all sales and promotions,  so please look to see if it can be used with our any of our current sales and promotions. If more than 2 gift cards are you used during the transaction will be declined or the order will be cancelled and refunded, customer(s) will be emailed regarding their order cancellation.


 Payment Plan Questions:

Which is the preferred method to setup for payment plan?

We prefer both Paypal and Cashapp, however if you would like invoices with every transactions we do advise that you use PayPal so you can receive an invoice with every payment paid. When using Cashapp an invoice will only be sent after final payment is paid.

Am I able to use a discount with my payment plan?

You can use certain discounts with the payment plan. With your discount it must met a minimum total purchase amount of $99 or more for the Payment Plan. Any discount not eligible for the payment plan will be advised.

What happens if I do not pay off my balance?

If you do not finish paying off your balance you will receive a merchandise credit that you can use within 30 days of receiving the merchandise credit email. Please be advise the restocking fee of $15 will still be taken from your balance before the merchandise credit is given.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind on purchasing a product?

Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your payment plan with 7 days of initially signing up for the payment plan. There will be a restocking fee of $15.

Can I return the product after receiving the products?

After the final payment is received and you receive your product our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all items purchased in the Payment Plan.
